Sugar Detox – 3 Days (20 min. daily sessions) $150 – Gain more energy, sleep better, and get in better shape!

Heal Your Gut – Transformation Program (8 Week Program, 30 min. weekly sessions) $400
- Evaluation of your trigger foods
- Establish a journal entry process to for daily tracking.
- Select 4 foods or food groups to remove. Each one will be removed one week at a time.
- Reintroduce the foods that were eliminated one week at a time.
- Evaluate the effect of each food or food category on your body’s function and performance.
- Determine alternative food choices for foods that are eliminated or reduced.
