The 6 month program is my signature program. It is a continuation of the 3 month program, and it allows us the time to dive deeper in order to identify and process the specific changes you want to make one by one. It is a holistic, interconnected approach to change. Then, together we create an action plan to develop new habits to achieve your health goals. This program allows you to reset your old habits and replace them with healthier habits for life-long success.
